Introduction & Acceptance

j222 is an online betting and casino platform for Bangladeshi players. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between j222 and every registered member of the platform ("player" or "you").

By opening an account on j222 or using any of the platform's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

j222 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your automatic acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use the services on j222, you must meet the following conditions:

You must be at least 21 years of age ("For 21+ only").
You are acting as a legal individual and on your own behalf.
Using online betting services is not prohibited by law in the jurisdiction where you reside.
You are providing accurate and truthful information on the platform.
You have an active and valid Bangladeshi mobile wallet account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

Multiple accounts are prohibited: Each player may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found for the same person, they will be permanently closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided at registration. j222 will not be held liable for account cancellation or forfeiture of deposited funds resulting from the submission of false information.

Account Security & Password

You are responsible for keeping your j222 account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
j222 will never ask for your password by phone or email.

j222 uses SSL encryption to protect your account. However, you are responsible for keeping your own device and network secure.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on j222 are processed through popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. We always aim to ensure secure and fast transactions.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Payment methods currently accepted on j222:

bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
Nagad — The mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
Upay — A fast and reliable mobile payment service.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Although no maximum deposit limit is specified, identity verification may be required for large transactions.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes, though processing may take longer if verification is ongoing.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile wallet used to make the deposit.
Withdrawals cannot be made on unearned bonuses.
j222 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal if any suspicious activity is detected.
Bonus-related winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

j222 offers various bonuses and promotions for its players. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

For new players, j222 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — your total balance will be ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the total balance.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Bonus cash is non-transferable.
If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, j222 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
If multiple individuals claim bonuses from the same household, device, or IP address, an investigation may be conducted.
j222 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

j222 is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Placing bets or playing games using any software, bot, or automated method.
Exploiting any technical vulnerability in a game or the system for an advantage.
Attempting to obtain another player's account details or hacking.
Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
Harassing other players or behaving inappropriately.
Attempting to gain an advantage by circumventing bonus terms ("bonus abusing").

If any of these prohibitions are violated, j222 reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit all deposited funds and winnings. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.

VIP Program Terms

j222's VIP program has 5 tiers. Regular players can be promoted to higher tiers based on their activity and enjoy exclusive benefits.

Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

VIP tier assignment is entirely at j222's discretion. j222 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time. VIP status may be revoked for conduct that violates the rules.

Responsible Gaming Policy

j222 places responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe gambling is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Do not bet beyond your budget.

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the platform.
You may request to temporarily suspend or close your account at your own initiative.

Account Cancellation & Termination

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure you withdraw your balance before closing your account.

j222 reserves the right to cancel an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

A serious breach of any of these Terms.
Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
Evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation.
Provision of incorrect or false identity information.
Evidence of platform use from a restricted area.
